Cancellations cannot be made online.
Please call or text us directly @ 949-500-2318 to avoid cancelation fees. If you do not hear back from us, it is your responsibility to follow up with your appointments.
Cancellations due to COVID-19 or other health issues: It is your responsibility to update us with any changes to your health, regardless of whether you have COVID-19 or not. We are empathetic to your needs. However, we are not responsible for changes to your health. Same-day cancellation will automatically forfeit your deposit. Deposits will not be credited towards another appointment.
We have a strict 72-hour cancellation policy.
We value and appreciate our customers and strive to accommodate your needs. Late or same-day cancellations will not allow us ample time to fill your appointment time with new or existing customers. Any late, same-day cancellations or no-shows will be subject to 100% of the charges applied to your credit card on file. Any prepaid packages and gift certificates will result in a forfeit of treatments.
We strive our best to accommodate your needs. We understand things happen, and you may need to reschedule your appointments; it is your responsibility to keep track of your appointments made. Rescheduling of appointments cannot be made online; contact us directly at 949-500-2318 with changes.
Our system sends a notification 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to your email and the number you enter during the booking process. It is not our responsibility if you enter inaccurate Information and do not receive a notification.
As a one-time courtesy, any appointments rescheduled within 72 hours will be allowed, and your deposit for your reservation will be carried over to your new appointment. However, multiple appointment changes will be subject to penalties, and half of your deposit will be forfeited. No exception will be made.
Any appointments rescheduled and then canceled will result in charges of 100% of the original appointment booked. This applies to all memberships, prepaid packages, and gift certificates on file.
RESCHEDULING ABUSE
We are sorry to inform you that any misuse of our rescheduling policy will have consequences. In case of such an event, we will have to terminate your services permanently and forfeit any deposits made.
As a company that values our customers, we understand the importance of your time. However, any abuse of our booking and rescheduling policy affects not only our ability to serve you but also the needs of other clients. This can cause significant inconvenience and difficulty in accommodating our clients' needs.
Forms of payment excepted: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept Checks, third-party Gift Cards, or Venmo as forms of payment for services rendered.
We have a touchless payment system we provide for your safety in accordance with the CDC guidelines. Credit Cards on file insurance proper payment of treatments and reduces the chance of contact or spreading infection.
Cash gratuity is preferred. We do not accept Venmo, Gift Cards, or Checks as forms of payment for gratuity.
Please note that prepaid packages of 3 treatments or less must be utilized within 6 months from the date of purchase, while prepaid packages of 6 treatments should be used between nine months to a year from the date of purchase. In the event that you fail to utilize your package before the expiration date, your discounted price will be forfeited, and current pricing for services rendered will be applied. Any credits received can be used towards treatments from our service menu or products sold in our office. Please be aware that no refunds will be issued. If you're relocating out of the state, please notify us beforehand, as we'd hate to see you go.
We have a strict no-refund policy on products and services. we inform all our customers of our policy, and it is the consumers' responsibility to review the information listed on our website. Information on our policies is available online to help better serve you. However, the consumer is responsible for asking further questions if you need clarity on our policies and procedures.
Any refunds issued are subject to a 20% restocking fee and a 6% banking fee, which will be deducted from the balance or credit due. This applies to all prepaid packages and gift certificates.
Our patients and guests must be at least 18 years of age. Those age 13 through 17 are eligible to receive facial treatments and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at least 25 years of age at all times.
