In accordance to CDC and Barbering and Cosmetology guidelines:
Prior to your service all new and existing customers will be asked to update your personal information listed in our data base. This includes your first and last name, address, emails, emergency contacts, medical history and credit card information on file.
Credit cards on file insures touch-less contact and payment for your treatments and reduces the chance of spreading infection and insures payment for your treatment. Without the following information listed above, we will not be able to provide you service.
It is your responsibility to update us with any changes to your health to avoid the spread of any infections. same day cancellation of appointments are subject to penalties and fees.
On the day of your appointment we kindly ask that you DO NOT WEAR FRAGRANCE or avoid wearing heavily fragrant lotions or perfume to for the safety of our providers due to health risks factors ( i.e. severe allergies & asthma ) Your appointment may be cancelled and rescheduled if the provider cannot perform your treatment due to heavy fragrances. We love our customers and enjoy seeing you, although the treatment you are receiving is considered to be direct contact, your treatment is performed in a sterile environment and we strive to keep you and our providers safe.
In between each appointment we disinfect all surfaces and equipments in accordance to CDC guidelines for your safety and the safety of your provider. We ask that you wait patiently as we take measures in keeping our area clean.
When you enter the room, all linens, towels and blankets used are clean and sterilized by a professional medical grade laundry service and changed after each customer. Our hot towel cabinet has a UV sterilizer along with other equipments use during our treatments that are sterilized to meet CDC guidelines.
Before and after each treatment are all surfaces are cleaned, disinfected. All tools used during your treatment are single use items and are disposed of after every treatment in accordance with CDC guidelines. Any instruments used that are not disposable are cleaned and disinfected with barbicide / Spacide, a hospital grade disinfectant and placed in a medical grade sterilizer after each treatment.
Our providers will wear appropriate clean uniforms, face shield, mask, gloves and disposable coverings during each treatment to ensure your safety and the safety of our providers and go above and beyond to make your experience pleasant during your service.
We are trained and certified to protect the health and safety of our customers and we strive to provide you with the best service we have to offer.
New Clients:
We kindly require that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment start time with a valid photo ID to allow time for you to fill out any paperwork and your initial consultation and treatment. Any missing information on our new patient paperwork will result in delays. We ask that you leave all personal and valuable belongings behind, we are not responsible for lost items.
Returning Clients:
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment start time to allow time for check-in.

We love our customers and value your time, we ask you respect our time as well. We want to make things easy for you and require the following information to get you one step closer to reserving your service to help you look and feel your best.
We require a valid credit card to reserve all appointments made and a reservation fee will be applied to your service on the day of your appointment. it is your responsibility to enter accurate information ( cell phone and email address ) when booking online to receive our appointment notification.
Any new and existing clients that do not wish to enter your credit card information online, we kindly ask that you prepay for services booked in full to guaranty service.
All payments will be required for all services made, modified and rendered on the day of your appointment. Any unpaid balance of services rendered will be subject to legal action.
Cancellations of treatments cannot be made online

Cancellations due to Covid-19 : It is your responsibility to update us with any changes to your health regardless if you have Covid or not, we are empathetic to your needs however we are not responsible for changes to your health. same day cancellation will automatically forfeit your deposit. Deposits will not be credited towards another appointment.
We have a strict 72 hours cancellation policy. We value and appreciate our customers and strive to accommodate your needs, late or same day cancellations will not allow us ample time to fill your appointment time with new or existing customers. Any late, same day cancellations or no shows will be subject to 100% of charges applied to your credit card on file. Any prepaid packages and gift certificates will result in forfeit of treatments.
RESCHEDULING OF APPOINTMENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED ONLINE
Please call or text us directly @ 949-500-2318 to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid cancelation fees; If you do not hear back from us it is your responsibility to follow-up with your appointments made.
We strive our best to accommodate your needs, we understand things happen and you may need to reschedule your appointments, it is the responsibility to keep track of your appointments made online. Appointment reminders are sent to your email and phone you enter into our system, if you enter inaccurate Information and do not receive a notification it is not our responsibility.
Any appointments made without 72 hour notice will forfeit all deposits made to reserve your appointments. As a one time courtesy, any appointments rescheduled 72 hours prior to your booked appointment will be allowed and your deposit for your reservation will be carried over to your new appointment made, however multiple changes to your appointments will be subject to penalties and your deposit will be forfeited.
Any appointments rescheduled and then cancelled will result in charges 100% of the original appointment booked. This applies to all memberships, prepaid packages and gift certificates on file.
Abuse of our rescheduling policy
We hate to see you go. Abuse of our rescheduling policy will result in permanent termination of services, any and all deposits will be forfeited, penalties and fees of our cancellation and rescheduling policy will be applied to your credit card on file.
We value our customers and respect your time, abuse of our booking and rescheduling policy effects our ability to schedule new or existing clients in place of your appointment in a short amount of time and effects our ability to accommodate your needs and the needs of others.
Please note: Due to Covid-19, all consent forms and updated medical information will be required of you, prior to your treatments. Without the following information requested we will not be able to accommodate your needs to get you closer to achieving your goals.
As a courtesy we will email/text/call you to confirm your appointment 72hrs in advance. If you do not hear from us, It is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid late arrival, missed appointments and cancellation fees. All charges will be billed to the credit card on file.
Forms of payment excepted: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. We do not accept Checks, Gift Cards or Venmo as forms of payment for services rendered.
Cash gratuity is preferred and greatly appreciated, We do not accept Venmo, Gift Cards or Checks as forms of payment for gratuity.
We have a touch-less payment system we provide for your safety in accordance to the CDC guidelines. Credit Cards on file insurance proper payment of treatments and reduces the chance of contact or spreading infection.
We love offering special offers, promotions and selling prepaid packages to save you money, special offers, allow you to try our services at a discounted rate and keep you coming back for more. Don't forget, special offers are limited time only and change from time to time. All discounts and special offers are limited time only and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
Prepaid packages must be used 6 months to a year from date of purchase. If you do not use your package prior to the expiration date your discounted price will be forfeited and regular pricing for services will be applied for services rendered. Any credits issued may be used towards products or treatments from our menu of services, current pricing will apply. No refunds will be issued.
We have a strict NO REFUND policy on products and services, we inform all our customers of our policy, information on our policies are available online to help better serve you. However, it is the responsibility of the consumer to ask further questions if you need clarity on our policies and procedures.
Any refunds issued on our products and services are subject to 20% restocking fee and 6% banking fee which will be deducted from the balance or credit due. This applies to all prepaid packages and gift certificates. All gift certificates and prepaid packages expire 6 months to 1 year from the time of purchase, any promotional discounts given will be forfeited after the expiration date. Any unused prepaid packages will be deducted from current pricing, any promotional discounts will be forfeited and all services rendered from the prepaid packages will revert back to current pricing of our services.
Our patients and guests must be at least 18 years of age. Those age 13 through 17 are eligible to receive facial treatments and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at least 25 years of age at all times.
